The safety of our staff and customers is  key and throughout the covid19 pandemic we have continually listened to the Government’s guidelines with and have taken steps needed to ensure that we create a safe environment, for all our staff and also our visitors. So, if your parcels are taking a little longer than expected then this is most probably why so, we thank you for your patience here!

Here’s a few things we’ve put into place to ensure a safe working environment:

These include:

  • The majority of our office staff now work from home, with video conference facilities available (how did we ever live without Microsoft Teams!?)
  • We revised our Warehouse and Operations working arrangements, to adhere to social distancing guidelines, including the repositioning of packing tables 2 meters apart 
  • We have provided face masks and gloves to all employees and visitors who want them
  • We have hand sanitizers / PPE stations at key locations across the site
  • We have increased the frequency of office cleaning and sanitation, including anti – bacterial surface cleaning
  • We have revised our operating hours, to reduce the number of people on site at specific times and to space out arrivals and departures
  • We have signage for all site visitors, including the requirement to wear face masks on entry to the building and for document signing in the open air wherever possible
  • We have employee meetings to identify and address any concerns from a Health & Safety perspective
